Hello friends! My name is Elizabeth Blumer, and I am going into my third year at Georgia Tech. I have just finished my second internship with The Coca-Cola Company and cannot wait to get back there to work another few terms! This spring, in addition to my full time internship, I also played Club Volleyball, was a member of a social sorority, and became a Georgia Tech Ambassador. In the fall, I will be a Peer Leader, living in a freshmen girls’ residence hall, to be a resource as they acclimate to college life. With all I am involved in, I am most excited about being a Peer Leader and a member of Ambassadors. These organizations are opportunities where I can not only share my love for Georgia Tech but also give back and serve the school, which has given so much to me.
This summer, I will be studying abroad on the Oxford Program through Georgia Tech. I love the way the program is structured – 1 week of class in Atlanta, 5 weeks traveling throughout Europe, and 6 weeks studying in Oxford (with trips on the weekend of course!) I absolutely cannot wait. I am in need of some change and newness in my life, so I think I’ve found just the thing!
